Where you get this archive from?  I guess this is avp
distro?  Well, how we can know where is in there? ;)
We aren't avp people, really... ;)  If you purchased
it from avp, then ask them.  If you downloaded it,
then again ask them and try this link:
  ftp://ftp.avp.ru/pub/products/
(note that at least my ncftp wan't go to this link,
check manually please, it IS valid), or
  ftp://ftp.avp.ru/pub/beta/
(the same notes; and there is a file,
 kav-ServerSuit-3.0.136-FreeBSD-4.x.tgz, in this
directory, that should be never than your, but in
beta stage).

The syntax IS correct, but archive is broken -- look using `ls -l',
it should be less than 32Kb, while real distro should be greather
than half-a-megabyte.  Either it is broken on site where you downloaded
it from, or your download was incomplete...
