[Avcheck] infected.ex2 intl addon

I've just uploaded little "addon" for avcheck:

It contains some "poor-man i18n support" to generate
various infected.ex2.LANG scripts based on common template
and a message file, using only shell and sed.  All translations
was included there (in slightly modified way: to be templates).
Generated scripts will be included into avcheck itself (I don't
know if it is a good idea to include templates itselfs).
Anyway, them all are examples only! ;)

Currently, German, Polish and Russian translations are there.

To "use" this "tool" or "package", extract the abovementioned
archive inside avcheck distribution -- this will create `intl'
directory.  Running `make' in there will generate all
ready-to-run infected.ex2.xx at top-level directory.

This is more for reference, really.  In order to have a real
non-example customizable tool that support all the nice
features, I need to figure how to pack all variants together
in more simple way...
