Ok. Try to compile a drwebdc (in {drweb}/clients/drwebdc) and
run it to test eicar.com (not TXT).

$ drwebdc -rr -u{path/to/daemon/socket} -feicar.com

and see at daemon logfile.

I have another silly question:
May be you sent viruses from one local user to another local user ?
