[Avcheck] mail throttling - newbie question

Hi Gurus,

I'v just installed avcheck-0.7 on Mandrake 8.1 machine with
postfix-20010228-15.1mdk and KAV Version 3.0  build 136.
I've made my configuration strictly as indicated in README.AVP v1.3 and
README.Postfix v1.3

As I noticed, e-mails from Internet come to my server, are received by
postfix smtpd but then they are left in the queue without any action or
error message. I've checked log files and here they are - they appear
always like in this example:

Do you have any idea why is this happening?
