[Avcheck] Patch for AvpUpdate.pl

The patch (or something similar) was incorporated into the
AvpUpdate.pl script.

One problem remains: The servers should be ordered in such a way, that
the server with the "freshest" files is tried first. Otherwise one
might end up "downgrading" the scanner.

Ideas?
Which servers are most up-to-date?
