Sad to hear it. postfix is a good MTA, but nevertheless thousands sites 
still using sendmail, because it's good too. I think, that you sholdn't 
drop support of sendmail.
BTW, there is a project, called 'avpmilter' 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/avp-milter/). May be it worth to 
incorporate it functionality in avcheck?
