Changed message/rfc822-headers to text/rfc822-headers in
generated reports after a suggestion from Peter Bieringer

Unfortunately, I can't find any email from Peter Bieringer, but
I do remember some talk about this.  In particular, see

I can't say any variant (message/rfc822-headers or text/rfc822-headers)
is standard or not - I just don't know.  In a problematic case,
you may change this to be text/plain.
