[Avcheck] ClamAV + Postfix

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a good open source antivirus solution to use with
postfix (because it is a great MTA) and I came accross AVCheck.  I was
browsing the mailing list and I just found a patch posted by Ilya
Kieselyov that provides clamAV support.  I just have one question:

Does anyone have a sample configuration for Postfix to set this up? 
(setting up content filtering for postfix is a bit cryptic to me)
