[Avcheck] uchroot problems!!!

The same?  This is different message.  Compare:

uchroot: unable to change root to `/var/spool/avp/kavdaemon': Operation not permitted
uchroot: unable to execute /kavdaemon: Operation not permitted

As of this one, i'm not sure really.  What I see is -- you don't have
lib directory in /var/spool/avp, with all the libraries (libc, ld.so etc).
Is your kavdaemon executable linked statically?  If not, it should not
start because of missing libraries, but in this case, error message
should be different.
