[rbldnsd] Announce: rbldnsd-0.92, a bugfix release

Release 0.91 introduced a bug in SOA record handling,
where fields was misplaced in answers, e.g.:

  list.dsbl.org SOA a.list.ns.dsbl.org. admin.dsbl.org. 600 300 86400 600 0

instead of correct

  list.dsbl.org SOA a.list.ns.dsbl.org. admin.dsbl.org. 1053133227 600 300 86400 600

(note the shift of last 4 fields in first example).

0.92 release is out to fix this very bug.

upgrade to 0.92 version, which is available, as usual, from
http://www.corpit.ru/mjt/rbldnsd.html
