With the ties mail-abuse.org originally had to the author/maintainer of
bind, I seriously doubt they'd be using rbldnsd.  In fact, querying a few
of their NS's for the rbl-plus zone, they claim to be running
8.4.6-REL-MAPS-20050202-01, which sounds like a bind version.
