I've never saw the zones myself. But, try out example EasynetDynablock and
osirusoft scripts which where included in version 0.98 of rbldnsd (still
available at http://www.corpit.ru/mjt/rbldnsd/old/) - the idea is trivial,
if you know the exact format and order of records and other delimiters
used, you can construct the (listed IP, explanation text) pairs.
Note if they're embedding the listed IP address into the TXT records
directly, it is important to convert that into `$' - this way, *alot*
of memory space will be saved.

Let me answer with another question: why do you need such an (ca)ability?

If you want to allow only your network to use the server, it's simpler
to set up firewall rules or routing stuff instead.

If it's some other reason, well.. I want to know ;)
