AFAIK, that's pretty much how most public DNSBLs are setup, with the 
exception that the bind servers and rbldnsd servers are usually not the 
same servers.  All you'd have to do is configure additional IPs on the 
server.  i.e. Let bind listen on eth0's IP while rbldnsd listens on 
eth0:0's IP.
