I (we) use this listing with IPs to stop the masses of spam that we receive.
Mainly Asia, South America and a number of ISPs (their users) are what I am
aiming to keep out as we don't have business there anyway.
Would there be any reason to have a shorter time?
These IPs would hardly change of owner and that would still be a manually
operation to check and adjust.

Placed the $NS and $TTL in a seperate file now

Cosmetic problem fixed, placed linefeed/empty line at the bottom now.
