[rbldnsd] OT: Advise needed on what RBL operators supposed to do with logs

I agree with all of the previous responses.  Don't log, or if you
do, store summaries.  The question is what are you trying to get
from the logs.

Question to Mat: what kind of stats are you getting, and how do
you get them?  I didn't see summary reporting built into rbldnsd.
