[rbldnsd] OT: Advise needed on what RBL operators supposed to do with logs

Your system (older Linux?) appears to be limited to 2gb files.  Lots of 
things break when their log files hit 2gb.  I've seen apache do it on 
systems where logrotation was not properly setup.
