Hello Venkat,
I haven't used Solaris in many years, but presumably you would
install rbldnsd like other tarballed applications, i.e.
tar -xf filename in some reasonable location.

Then rsync some data files (like your favorite RBLs) and
configure rbldnsd to start up, load the zones, etc.
