[rbldnsd] Problems configuring BIND 9 with rbldnsd

Thanks for all the suggestions.  

I finally found the problem.  The rpm with the chroot jail for bind
wasn't laid out correctly.  It had an empty named.conf.  All I have to
do is copy /etc/named.conf to the chroot jail etc folder and then sym
link /etc/named.conf to it.
