It'was in unstable in a few days after release, and moved
to testing long ago too.

But. Hmm. It does not include gzip support (it's not compiled
in).  And I know why: it should Build-Depends: on zlib1g-dev.
Hmm.

For now, just download the source package and rebuild it
(ensuring zlib1g-dev is installed).  I guess I need to
release new version to correct this, ASAP ;)
