[rbldnsd] no "install" target in Makefile

Hi, folks.

I just downloaded version 0.966a of rbldnsd, hoping to install it on
a Slackware 10.2 (Linux Kernel 2.4.31) box. Both "./configure" and
"make" run cleanly, but there is no "install" target in my Makefile,
so "make install" fails. Is "make install" the preferred method to
put all of the files in their proper and necessary places, or is
there another method I should be using.

Thank you for any help with this.
