You don't have a dnsbl zone defined by rbldnsd. So you would need to query
either 143.142.211.206.ips.dnsbl

You can have a dnsbl dataset that incorporates domains and ips by adding (or
substituting):


  dnsbl:ip4set:ips \
  dnsbl:dnset:domains

You probably also want to verify that rbldnsd starts up correctly.
