[rbldnsd] how to query rbldnsd

Hi,

you have to start the rbldnsd with a zone.
For e.g. test.local.
Now you can test if 192.168.7.23 is in the zone by using :

nslookup 23.7.168.192.test.local IP_OF_YOUR_BOX_OR_JUST_localhost
