[rbldnsd] query rbldnsd using tcp

Hi,

Does anyone know whether rbldnsd supports tcp or not. I wrote an application
in Java  to query rbldnsd. It only works with UDP. If I use TCP to connect
to the rbldnsd, the application throws "Connection Refuse" exception. Any
idea?
