[rbldnsd] spam

rbldnsd has no responsibility for the lists you may or may not be on. 
If you check their website, they only wrote software to server via dns
queries data in a dataset.  It just happens that the data is ip address
to block spam from, but this list and the author of rbldnsd do not
support or furnish any such listing.

Upon my own investigation, (which you should have done before posting
here) is that your ISP is labeled a spammer haven by uceprotect.net. 
Please visit

http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php

And then input this ip address 200.78.201.70 and read the results.

This is the wrong place to ask your question.  No one here can help you.

P.S.  I am not speaking for the author of this great piece of software
rbldnsd or corpit.ru.  I am a user of this software(I am an email
administrator) and am expressing my own opinions here.  In my opinion,
you need to learn more about how RBL's work and who maintains the data
behind them.
