Don't know which comes first the chicken or the egg, but there is also
not much demand for IPv6 RBLs at this time. AFAIK, very little email is
sent via IPv6. Has this changed recently? Is there a noticeable volume
of spam over IPv6? Where are the IPv6 botnets?

What will be the minimum granularity of IPv6 RBL listings? Will it be
possible for lists to safely aggregate the reputation of an IPv6 source
to a suitable aggregated quantum that is reliably the same entity that
controls the observed IP?
