[rbldnsd] rbldnsd, host/zone timing check availability and domain adding

Yeah, I had a feeling that may be the case.  I had such a bad time in the past with BIND/named DLZ that I got the impression a RDBMS was a bad solution.  I think it is more that the DLZ project probably needs a little update here and there to keep it running smooth. 

None of that is going to change the power and speed with which I need to keep zone records up to date, and add totally new zones and have them available as soon as they are published.

I started looking back into powerDNS, which I did not want to have to, as I had issues in the past with getting it to build on Mac OS X, and support seems to have only a little interest in making Mac OS X a supported platform.

It does say it builds fine on the BSD's, so if Mac OS X will not work, I will fire up some old box that can handle FreeBSD or openBSD and see how my test cases go.

I really wanted to use rbldnsd, its why I actually made the package for Mac OS X.  Oh well, some other time. Thanks so much for your comments.
