I've been running it since the beginning. No problems with the -b option 
(full dual-stack Debian) and zone glue records.
DNSBL data files with IPv6 records and mailer tools to check IPv6 
clients are somewhat lacking so the testing on those is a bit light, but 
also no problems have been noticed in those sections either.
