I uploaded 0.997a to debian the next day I released 0.997a
tarball.  However now I realized that I've got nothing in
reply and no new rbldnsd version appeared in debian archives.
I've no idea what went wrong there.  But I definitely should
pay more attention to this.

Will repeat the procedure and watch for issues.
