[rbldnsd] Help with new installation of rbldnsd. Can anybody help me?

Hello,
I followed the installation instructions on this URL
http://www.blue-quartz.com/rbl/
however I keep getting these errors while running nslookup

Mac-mini-de-Ale:~ ale$ nslookup test.rbl.enlanube.pe
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

** server can't find test.rbl.enlanube.pe: NXDOMAIN

Mac-mini-de-Ale:~ ale$ nslookup 214.124.58.198.rbl.enlanube.pe
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

** server can't find 214.124.58.198.rbl.enlanube.pe: NXDOMAIN

So I was wondering if you can help me. It is my first time installing this
DNS software.

BTW I get this output when I start or restart the rbldnsd
using this command "service rbldnsd restart"
