[rbldnsd] Help with new installation of rbldnsd. Can anybody help me?

I made some changes to my DNS configuration as you can see on this picture

but the problem seems to remain

Do you think I could find someone to hire to have this setup fixed for me?
Maybe in odesk.com or freelancer.com?
