[rbldnsd] Huge zone and out of memory

Hello,

We use several rbl zones with rbldnsd-0.998 on Gentoo.
File for one zone updated to new version and now has huge size - 968M,
14112965 rows.
The problem is that now rbldnsd failed to start / reload with message:
"out of memory loading dataset"

Server has 64G RAM, almost 40G is free.

Can someone please advice which kernel / system option need to be changed?
