Will udns be always a stub resolver?

I don't want to make it recursive. The reason is trivial:
recursive resolver should be a daemon which caches results
(at least for the most important nameservers), and there
are quite a few good recursive resolvers out there already,
for example unbound.

udns has different main goal: to be light and simple to use
for application writers, because dns appears to be quite
difficult to get right.
