Announce: 0.2 release of udns

For the New Year, I'm pleased to announce that I
just released version 0.2 of udns library and utilities.

This is a minor update, featuring a few bugfixes (notable
in SRV RR parser, thanks to Iñaki Baz Castillo for the
reports), and a few usability changes for dnsget (which
now supports SSHFP records and performs option parsing a
bit more accurate.

I also plan to finally push the package to Debian, this
or early next year.
