Patch for udns-0.2 which includes "make dylib" for MacOSX

Hi, I attach a patch that enables "make dylib" (for MacOSX) in udns-0.2.

I use it in https://github.com/ibc/em-udns/ when compiling the Ruby C
code + udns-0.2. It does the job.

If is it ok, could it be added for 0.2.1 version? :)
