[rbldnsd] beginner's problems

I just installed rbldnsd (from rpm package) and began testing with
a simple zone.

/etc/sysconfig/rbldnsd file (on a single line):

RBLDNSD="owl -r /var/lib/rbldns/owl -b 0.0.0.0 -l +rbldnsd.log owl.rbl.vdc.fi:ip4set:owl"

/var/lib/rbldns/owl/owl zone file:

:127.0.0.2:Whitelisted
217.30.182.108
$SOA 3000 bungalow.vdc.fi root.vdc.fi 0 600 300 86400 300
$NS 3000 bungalow.vdc.fi

I did a query for 217.30.182.108 with unexpected results.
