[rbldnsd] RBLDNSD and DNSCACHE.

Hi all,

I'm installing rbldnsd on a server with the intention of dnscache acting 
as a forwarder to it.  I've seen the documentation on doing so under 
Bind, but none for dnscache.  I do know how to force dnscache to look 
for certain domains at a certain IP, but I am not entirely confident how 
to do so for the zones rbldnsd will be hosting.  Could someone provide a 
tip?
