[rbldnsd] rbldnsd -> bind zone converter?

I know that this request is kind of weird here, but...

Is anyone aware of a converter from a rbldnsd file format to a bind zone 
file?  Crucial features I am looking for are the ability to understand 
cidr blocks, IP ranges and, above all, whitelistings done with '!';
while I would not care if the output size is humungous, memory
footprint astounding, and reload times geological ;-)
