I think I have it:

grep dnsbl data
&a.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:64.72.68.24:a.ns.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:600
&b.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:64.72.68.24:b.ns.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:600
=dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:64.72.68.24:3600
+a.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:64.72.68.24:3600
+b.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com:64.72.68.24:3600

  host 1.69.140.221.a.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com
1.69.140.221.a.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com has address 127.0.0.24

  host 6.109.29.24.b.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com
6.109.29.24.b.dnsbl.bsdwebsolutions.com has address 127.0.0.10

This looks correct.
