So, you don't expire IPs, ever? The current CBL list.txt I grabbed a few
hours ago via rsync has 6.6M entries. I highly doubt that you've managed
to come up with a way to somehow be 35x more effective in detecting bad
IPs than CBL, but I'm always willing to be convinced.
