No.

If you can't explain it, sane admins won't use it. (Granted, that leaves
several million admins who might, but if you spend too much time dealing
with nothing but crazy it tends to rub off.) You don't have to give away all
your secret sauce, but when you're claiming to have roughly 1/4 of the
Internet blacklisted you need to give some idea how you're building this
list so people can determine how much weight to give a listing.
