[Avcheck] AVP return code 64

Hi all, 
I'm having an error while testing AVP:

bash-2.05b# /var/spool/avp/uchroot -u avclient /  /var/spool/avp/avcheck -n -f root -d /var/spool/avp/./tst -s avp:/var/spool/avp/ctl/AvpCtl root < eicar.msg
avcheck: unexpected AVP return code 64 (0x0140) (kavdaemon av bases not found)

But while I'm loading the kavdaemon it finds all the bases...
I mean the daemon strats with bases:

Antiviral databases have been loaded. Known records: 63406.

I have already tryed the kavexitcode scrit - so I know what "code 64" means :), but I don't know how to solve 
this issue?
Does anyone have an idea?
