[rbldnsd] Still, no joy :-(

Your logs show that rbldnsd is listening on a loopback address.  If bind is
not on the same host, it cann't contact rbldnsd.  The loopback address is
127.0.0.x with a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0 with the loopback address as the
device( as opposed to an ethernet device).
