Sorry, somehow I though -c meant "double check what you did with that
file using a checksum" but -c really means "hash the file on the source
and then check that against the hash of the file ont he target, ignore if
they are the same"
In perusing the manpage, I also noted that rsync will delete the file if
the transfer was interrupted unless you tell it otherwise. Less then idea,
but prevents incorrect files :)
