[rbldnsd] Mail server don't check rbl server.

Hello all,

 I have a sendmail server and a Communigate server running on FreeBSD. I have setup a rbldnsd server running on a stand alone FreeBSD server. I have rsynced the files from spamhaus. If I use dig to test I get a response back and I can look at my rbldnsd.log file and see the a request was made from one of my mail servers. If I add the name rbl.hamilton.net into my Communigate server I don't see any attempts in my rbldnsd.log file the same is true with sendmail. So what is it that I don't understand here ? I must be missing some fundamental concept here. Here is the results of my dig and my /etc/mail/sendmail.cf lines.
