[rbldnsd] Problem with main dns -> rbldnsd

Somehow this forwarding is not working very well. Well I made a 
forwarder in our recursing nameservers to the rbldns server, so
it kinda works now. Bah dns can be a pain in the ass sometimes :) But 
thank for the tips :)
