[rbldnsd] rbldnsd and rbl-plus

NO it will not be hard to write something to convert it, I was just curious
if anyone already had anything that worked. Right now the file is at about
130 mb. It seems to be consistent data for a bind zone file, here are some
pieces of it.

Most of us have probably never seen the rbl+ zone data. How consistent is
their bind zone format? Given consistent data, it's really not hard to
write a bind format -> rbldnsd ip4set format filter.
How big (how many MB) is the rbl+ bind zone data?
