[rbldnsd] Newbie (need advice)

Dear All,

I'm really newbie for this stuff.
I need your advice to setup rbldnsd in my system.
I have install RBLDNSD 0-99 and everything running well.
I try to create "test" file which is :

$SOA 3600 mail.immediavisi.com  postmaster.immediavisi.com 2004104500 3600 1
1209600 86400
$TTL 3600
:127.0.0.5:blacklisted
202.53.244.78

and I run :

rbldnsd -u atet -b 202.159.121.25/53 -r /home/atet/rbldnsd-0.992/ 
mail.immediavisi.com:ip4set:test

If I try to lookup with nslookup :
 > 78.244.53.202.mail.immediavisi.com
Server:  mail.immediavisi.com
Address:  202.159.121.25

Name:    78.244.53.202.mail.immediavisi.com
Address:  127.0.0.5

I'm not sure, is this correct ?
And then, if I try to put mail.immediavisi.com in my SpamBlocker (I use 
MDaemon 6.8.5), the IP 202.53.244.78 is always passed..(normally is 
should be failed to pass isn't it ?)

Could anyone help me to know that ?
