[rbldnsd] what means the !<IP>

Hello

I'm useing the dul.sorbs list with rbldnsd. But I'm not 100% sure what
the "!" at the beginning of the line in the dul list means? Like:

!80.77.197.14/32
!80.93.35.1/32
!80.93.35.2/31
!80.93.35.4/30
!80.93.35.8/31
!80.93.35.10/32
!80.93.35.12/30
..

Can anyone explain me that?
