   removal at anyone's request SHOULD be prompt.  Removal requests
   SHOULD be acted upon within a period of 24 hours, and SHOULD be
   handled within three (3) days.

Only in something from the IETF would you see *three days* suggested as
being _prompt_.  Three days is an inexcusably too long response time for
something like this.  If you need three days, you're clearly not
responsibly operating the service.
