[rbldnsd] Mail server don't check rbl server.

Sure: you have to delegate rbl.hamilton.net zone to
your rbldnsd.  Note you especially using @rbl...
option for dig to specify which nameserver to
query.  If there's no such an option in CGP or
sendmail, standard DNS zone delegation will do
the "trick".
